Broken camera...

For anyone who doubted my camera's brokenness, here's the proof. The one on the left it how it looks if i just take a picture. The right is myself and my roomie/cousin holding the cover thingy open with our fingers (that's my eyebrow you see). Hrumph. The guy I chatted with on HP.com was 0 help.
